1. Agreement and operator
These terms are an agreement between you and Muhsin Efe Tarım, the operator of RoomBoxPaper. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You may use RoomBoxPaper only if applicable law permits you to agree to these terms yourself or an authorized legal representative manages the account for you. The friend alpha does not currently request a date of birth, require a numerical-age declaration, or operate an age or guardian-verification flow. This subject will be reviewed before broader open registration.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to use, and protect access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may require a verified email address and may refuse misleading, impersonating or reserved usernames.
4. Your content and visibility choices
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant RoomBoxPaper a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt for technical delivery, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to honour the visibility and sharing choices you make. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup cycles and legal retention duties.
Content marked for everyone can be accessed without signing in and may be copied or reshared by other people. You are responsible for selecting the correct visibility. Restricted controls reduce access but cannot guarantee that an authorized recipient will not copy or disclose what they receive.
A sealed part is normally immutable and cannot be edited or deleted through ordinary product controls. Support may review a narrowly scoped request to remove one specifically identified part only in an exceptional case involving sensitive personal data, another person's personal data, copyright, or a legal request. Review does not guarantee removal and does not make sealed writing editable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use RoomBoxPaper to:
- break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
- upload material you do not have the right to use, including content that violates copyright, privacy, confidentiality or personality rights;
- exploit or endanger children, distribute intimate material without consent, threaten others or promote targeted violence;
- impersonate another person or mislead people about identity or origin;
- distribute malware, evade security controls, scrape the service at harmful scale or interfere with its operation; or
- use the service for spam, fraud or abusive automated activity.
Report suspected unlawful or rights-infringing material to [email protected] with the relevant URL, an explanation and information sufficient to assess the request. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms.
6. Early-stage service and backups
RoomBoxPaper is an early-stage service and may contain errors, interruptions or unfinished features. Features, storage limits and availability may change. Keep an independent copy of content that is important to you. We may perform maintenance, limit abusive use, or discontinue a feature or the service, giving reasonable notice where practical and legally required.
7. Service commitments and limitations
RoomBoxPaper aims to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Because it is an early-stage online service, maintenance, technical incidents, and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt availability. Except for commitments stated in these terms or required by law, we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to recover content for which no independent copy exists.
These operational limits do not reduce any mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection right, warranty, remedy, or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Limitation of liability
Where applicable law permits, RoomBoxPaper is not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when these terms were agreed, or for loss caused by your unlawful content, your visibility choices, another person's conduct, or an event outside our reasonable control, except to the extent our own breach contributed to that loss. If RoomBoxPaper breaches a legal or contractual duty and causes loss, responsibility will be determined under applicable law rather than by a blanket waiver in these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross fault where applicable.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. When a deletion request is submitted, the account and room are immediately made inaccessible and hidden. You have 15 calendar days from the request date to cancel the request and restore access. At the end of the 15th day, application data, media in RoomBoxPaper's private storage, and the linked Auth0 identity enter the permanent deletion process.
The room username remains reserved for a total of 30 days from the original request date. It stays with the account if deletion is cancelled during the recovery period; otherwise it may become available to another account after that 30-day reservation. Records required by law or reasonably needed for security or an active dispute may be retained only for the relevant purpose. Isolated technical backups remain subject to their limited overwrite or deletion cycle.
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or material harm to another person. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export content, unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and notified where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer or data-protection law. The legally competent courts and authorities retain jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
